It has come to our attention that some fields of InfoDirect are not operational for some people. There is a known incompatibility with InfoDirect and Flash Player 9. In their infinite wisdom, Adobe has made getting a previous version of Flash Player difficult to get and install. Here are some directions, etc. to facilitate the process.
Since these directions involve restarting your computer, it is advisable to either bookmark this page or create a shortcut on your desktop (right-click, create shortcut) so you can easily return to get the rest of the information and utilities you need.
If you are experiencing difficulty, check here to check your version of Flash Player. You are looking for version 8.35 or lower. If you have version 9, you can try to uninstall using this utility (it is advisable at this point to restart your computer, particularly if you are using IE7) then install version 8.5 with this utility. An additional restart at this juncture is advisable. Now try InfoDirect again; it should work for you now.
Also note, IE says that the security certificate is not valid, even though it is. You will have to go in anyway to access any information: you can add the certificate in order to avoid that annoying little pop-up every time you access InfoDirect.
