To begin our online application process, click the “Apply Now” button above. You will be prompted to create a parent account. Log in to your account and create a New Student Application for each child. Please ensure you select the correct academic school year when creating your student’s application.

Do you wear uniforms?

Yes. Please take a look at our options on the School Days website.

What is the average class size?

Elementary and middle school classes (grades K-8) have an average of 20 students.
High school students have different academic tracks and can choose different electives, therefore actual academic class sizes vary.
The average graduating class size is 20 students.

Do you have a lunch program?

Outside vendors provide opportunities for students to purchase their lunch each school day, such as Arby’s, Jet’s Pizza, Lee’s Chicken and Fazoli’s. These purchased lunches are pre-ordered and paid for on your parent portal the month prior. Students are always welcome to pack their lunches; however, microwaves are only for grades three and up.

My child has special academic needs. Can you accommodate him/her?

As part of the application review process, we will determine if we can provide the services needed to support your student’s unique needs.

Is there security on campus?

Safety for our students, staff, servant leaders and guests is one of the highest priorities here at Granville Christian Academy. The most unique part of our security plan is that we have a Crisis Response Team who have been fully trained in medical and environmental safety as well as intruder situations. In addition to practicing the state- mandated fire, tornado, and lockdown drills, we have many additional measures in place to promote the safest environment possible. As doors are locked throughout the entire school day, any guests entering the building must be buzzed in by the receptionist and will receive a visitor badge. In addition to on-site video surveillance, all of our volunteers must have a current background check on file before being permitted to serve.

Is there a school nurse?

A full-time registered nurse is located in the building and is accessible to all students throughout the day.

Is GCA accredited?

Granville Christian Academy has been chartered by the Ohio Department of Education since 1997. Since then, we have continued to maintain the Standards outlined by the State of Ohio for chartered non-public schools. We are currently working towards an additional, higher-level accreditation through ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International).

Do you provide bus transportation?

Bus transportation is provided by your local school district. Please contact the local bus garage to see if transportation is available for your child.

If accepted, is there an additional enrollment and/or registration fee?

Yes. There is a $100 non-refundable registration fee and a $450 student fee per student. Along with payment of these fees, you will be asked to submit your Continuous Enrollment Agreement and set up your FACTS financial account in order to reserve your student’s seat.
