Veterans Day

Our Veterans Day assembly was held this past Thursday to honor those who have sacrificed many aspects of their lives for the sake of our freedom. All of our students, K-12, gathered in the Worship Center along with 30+ veterans and over 100 family members and friends as our High School Student Council members led our assembly. Our students and guests had the opportunity to hear from Pete Flavin, this year’s keynote speaker. Our elementary students sang a tribute to the armed forces and recognized those who served in each branch of the military. A special thank you goes to our High School Student Council for their hard work in planning this assembly and preparing and serving the meal for our veterans and their guests!
